Skip the Dishes even offers alcohol delivery. You can get free alcohol delivery on orders over $20 from Little Mountain Liquor Store.

Why I Started Chilliwack Delivery

ChilliwackDelivery.com brings tech and food together with a local perspective.

I’m fascinated by the logistics and technology aspects of offering local delivery. Plus, I just really love food!

I registered chilliwackdelivery.com from GoDaddy in 2014 and had been waiting for local delivery to come to Chilliwack.

In 2018, Skip the Dishes was the first food delivery app to come to Chilliwack, so it was time to put my domain name to work and finally launch the site!

Then, 2020 hit us hard.

DoorDash and Instacart grocery delivery started being offered in Chilliwack as well.

And the pandemic forced a lot of businesses to adapt and start offering local delivery to survive.

Since last year, people have got a lot more comfortable with ordering online and getting delivery, and I think it’s safe to say, things won’t be the same again with in-store shopping.

Local delivery is here to stay!

And since my reviews needed pictures, it was the perfect opportunity to put my vintage kitchen collection to work.

My Mom and I enjoy collecting old FireKing/Pyrex dishes from the 1930s-1960s, called Jadeite. and we enjoy doing food photography with them.
